Terms & Conditions

1. SKF Enterprise undertake the warranty of the Product for a period of 6 months from the Date of Purchase.

2. This Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

(a) Normal wear and tear of the equipment;
(b) Defects and damages due to the equipment being used other than its normal and customary manner;
(c ) Any unauthorised disassembly, services repair, alteration, or modifications being carried out;
(d) Misuse, abuse , negligence or accident howsoever caused;
(e) Defects or damage arising from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation , or any alteration or modifications;
(f) Decfects or damage due to spillageof food or liquids, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage;
(g) Scratches or damage to surface and other externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer usage.

3. This Warranty wil be Null and Void in any of the following events:

(a) If the Serial Number or Warranty Seal on the equipment has been defaced or removed;
(b) if any terms contained in this warranty had been altered or modified in anyways without prior written consent of SKF Enterprise.

4. After the expiration of the Warranty period, SKF Enterprise normal service policies shall apply and the customer will be charged accordingly.
SKF Enterprise neither assumes for any other obligation or liability beyond that which expressly provided for in this limited warranty.

5. All Warranty information, Product Features and Specifications are subject to changes withour prior notice.
